Quincy Mack is a 2009 graduate of South Carolina State University where he obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology.  In December of 2017 he obtained an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.  He is currently a Project Manager at EnergySolutions in the Nuclear Decommissioning and Decontamination Group. He is the co-founder of The Mack Portfolio Group, LLC that focuses on residential construction and design services.  He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and the National Society of Black Engineers.  He currently volunteers within the community educating students about STEM related subjects.

 

Quincy identified an area of need for students that need financial aid to be cleared for the upcoming semester focusing on small account balances.  This financial aid will not only provide the student with an opportunity to continue their college education but increase the school’s enrollment aiding in the revitalization of SCSU.  However, this is not the sole purpose of the organization, Quincy also saw it as in opportunity to cultivate the students which are funded by the organization for long term growth instead of focusing on short term semester admittance.  The board members all hail from SCSU and cover an array of backgrounds that provide students with an abundance of knowledge and resources on financial literacy, graduate school preparation/matriculation, professional development and networks.  This organization is continuously seeking ways to improve student enrollment at SCSU and cultivation of future bulldog leaders
